IMOKE RIVAL DONALD DUKE LEADERSHIP

Senator Liyel Imoke's remarkable legacy as the Governor of Cross River State continues to inspire admiration and accolades. His outstanding achievement of initiating projects across all 18 Local Government Areas (LGAs) of the state is a proof to his visionary leadership and commitment to grassroots development.

During his tenure from 2007 to 2015, Imoke's administration prioritized education, healthcare, infrastructure, and economic empowerment. He established the Bridge Leadership Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on leadership and capacity development, which has continued to inspire and equip young leaders.

Imoke's leadership also saw significant investments in education, with the establishment of new schools, renovation of existing ones, and provision of educational resources. His administration's efforts in healthcare led to the improvement of healthcare facilities and services across the state.

In addition to these achievements, Imoke's administration initiated several infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and public buildings. His vision for Cross River State's economic development led to the establishment of the One Stop Investment Center (OSIC), which facilitated business investments and partnerships.

Imoke's commitment to international cooperation and development led to the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the State of Maryland, USA, in 2013. This partnership aimed to promote business, agriculture, education, industry, tourism, and culture between the two states.

Today, Senator Liyel Imoke's legacy continues to inspire and motivate leaders across Nigeria. His selfless service, visionary leadership, and commitment to development have earned him a special place in the hearts of the people of Cross River State. Kudos to him, indeed!
