 Deputy Governor Peter Odey of Cross River State has commended APC stakeholders in Ogoja Local Government Area for their


unwavering support of Governor Bassey Otu's administration. During a meeting with Ogoja Progressive Stakeholders, Odey praised Governor Otu's leadership and urged stakeholders to maintain peace during the upcoming local government elections on November 2, 2024.

Odey highlighted Governor Otu's notable achievements in infrastructure development, which has significantly improved the state's socioeconomic status. He emphasized the need for continued support to enable the administration to make more meaningful impacts 

Leaders present, including Chief Godwin Nyiam, Chief Peter Ojie, and Chief Dr. Thomas Udam, lauded the governor and deputy governor for their impressive performance, describing the administration as inclusive and people-centric.

The meeting was attended by critical APC stakeholders from Ogoja Local Government Area, including former and serving government appointees.
