Governor Otu maybe having it wrong here

Almost half of the population of Akamkpa Local Government Area are expressing disappointment and frustration after hearing about the restoration of electricity in Bekwarra. Despite being one of the largest local government areas in the state, covering 5,003 square kilometers, and one of the highest revenue generating LGA in cross river state, Akamkpa has been experiencing blackout for over a decade.

Residents are reminding Governor Bassey Otu of his campaign promise to restore electricity to Akamkpa within 90 days of assuming office. They feel neglected, especially since Bekwarra restoration has brought significant economic growth and renewed hope to its community.

Residents of Akamkpa urge Governor Otu to prioritize their plight and fulfill his campaign promise, bringing light and progress to their doorstep.
